Daring to dabble in the art of mixology, or simply wanting to brush up on some cocktail making skills for your next party?
The well practised staff at Dulcie’s should be your first stop in Sydney for cocktail masterclasses.
While using all Australian spirits and produce, your dedicated bartender will guide you through one of five menus and regale you with the history and background of the world of cocktails.
Classes run for 1.5–2 hours and include all the required paraphernalia to shake and stir like the best.
